In 2019, Capital One sponsored Elevate – one of Canada’s leading tech and innovation festivals. Elevate attracts talent from around the world, so we tapped into this partnership to create a recruiting experience. The experience included prominent branding outside of Meridian Hall, a video activation to show life at Capital One, and branding on the interior. I worked with the internal creative team and vendors to make sure we had a strong, consistent brand presence at the event, conveying the right messages in the right places. On the day of the event, I attended to supervise the set up and make sure our vision came to life.
